Universal Multi-Surface Mounting Plate for Kondor Blue What problem does it solve? This printed component solves the problem of flexibly and securely attaching camera accessories to a wide variety of surfaces, pipes, and even ceilings, without needing to purchase a separate mount for each shape. The mounting plate can be screwed onto almost any surface (provided the surface can securely hold the screw). Features - Clever design: The plate is designed for three configurations—straight, round, and square supports. However, they can be easily modified and are suitable for almost any surface. - Universal standard: Compatible with standard 1/4"-20 camera screws and tripod threads. - KondorBlue Standard: 1/4" and 3/8" ARRI interface - User-friendly: The entire plate weighs only about 18 g in aluminum. After the prototype phase, further material could be removed to make the plate even lighter. - Size: All these functions and capabilities are possible on a component measuring 60x60x25. - Flexibility: Fixed mounting using multiple screws, or quick fastening via the central bore. - Metal Fabrication: The plate is designed so that it can be manufactured on a 5-axis milling machine with just two setups. - Support-free design: All parts are printed flat on the print bed, eliminating the need for support structures.
