TH400 (Turbo Hydramatic) automatic gearbox, for heavy-duty use and drag racing, this transmission is capable of handling high power and torque and is recommended for large-displacement engines. We've carefully designed this gearbox with modular technology, making it easy to modify to suit your build. The entire project is skeletonized internally and features the highest possible level of detail. Specifically, this version is designed for our Chevrolet 427 Big Block engine. It includes the torque converter and starter motor, as well as an output sleeve to connect the driveshaft. Its high reliability allows it to still be used today on many muscle cars.
