Print the bracket PETG or stronger, PLA might be too brittle and will be exposed to the heat from the printer case. I recommend at least 4 walls, 4 top and 4 bottom, 20% Gyroid infill to endure strength around the screw holes. STEP 1: Start by removing the four plastic rivets circled on the rear. STEP 2: Insert the self tapping torx screw, that came with the sensor, through the mount. STEP 3: Using the torx screw, attach the filament sensor to the mount. The sensor will fit snugly into the notch on the mount and the screw holes will be aligned. STEP 4: Insert the plastic rivets through the top and bottom hole on the mount. TIP:Remove the centre piece from the rivet to make it easier to install. STEP 5: Press the mount and the plastic rivets into the holes in the printer frame. Reinsert the centre piece into the plastic rived. This might be a little hard to push in so be careful not to bend the rivet out of shape. It will pop in securely and hold the mount to the printer frame. STEP 6: If you have an 8 tool printer, repeat the process for the other side.
