2-Chamber High-Decibel Whistle This is a compact, high-performance whistle engineered with four distinct acoustic chambers. It is designed to maximize volume and create an attention-grabbing, multi-tonal sound signature. I added a mouthpiece and made it mini, only 4mm thick so now it has also only 2 chambers but is slill as loud! (110dB) Features - 2-Tone Output: Produces 2 different frequencies simultaneously to create a dissonant, piercing chord. - Extreme Volume: Reaches over 110 dB, making it highly effective for emergency signaling and outdoor survival. - Pealess Design: No moving parts to freeze, jam, or degrade over time. - Integrated Lanyard Loop: Features a robust hexagonal loop on the rear for secure attachment to keys, packs, or paracord. - Print-in-Place: Fully optimized for 3D printing without the need for internal supports. Recommended Print Settings - Material: PETG or ABS/ASA (for superior outdoor durability and UV resistance), though PLA works fine for general use. - Layer Height: 0.2mm or finer (critical for clean internal sound ramps and crisp edges). - Infill: 20% to 30% (gyroid or grid for structural rigidity). - Walls/Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls (ensures the airtight seals required between chambers). - Supports: None required.
