Fully Modular Drawer System With Hidden Lock -> Support-Free Printing! Build the drawer layout that works for you. Choose from three drawer sizes, place them in almost any order, and customize each drawer using removable dividers 3 Drawers: - Small- Depth of 17.8mm - Medium- Depth of 38.2mm - Large- Depth of 58.6mm **Depth is the usable interior height 3 Dividers Sets: - Small- 3 slots - Medium- 3 slots - Large- 3 slots Housing with Lid Dimensions: 209.1 mm H × 190.6 mm W × 145.3 mm D Each drawer size includes a matching divider system with three available divider positions. The removable dividers allow you to create different compartment layouts, including halves, quarters, eighths, or custom combinations. The divider locations remain consistent across each drawer size. Choosing Your Drawer Layout: The housing has space equivalent to 10 small drawer units. Use the following system when selecting drawers: - 1 small drawer = 1 unit - 1 medium drawer = 2 units - 1 large drawer = 3 units Any combination totaling 10 units will fit. Some example combinations: - 10 small drawers - 5 medium drawers - 3 large drawers and 1 small drawer - 4 medium drawers and 2 small drawers - 2 large drawers and 2 medium drawers - 1 large drawer, 3 medium drawers, and 1 small drawer Features: - Modular drawer sizes and placement - Removable modular dividers - Hidden locking mechanism - Support-free printing with 45-degree overhangs - Separately printed handle for easy color customization - Handle slides into place using a snug friction fit How the locking mechanism works: Got an annoying sibling, or just want some privacy? Here's where the locking mechanism can help you. When in the locked state, all drawers are unable to be opened. While not a perfectly secure system, like a lock and key, it provides some level of deterrence. To unlock the drawers: - Remove the lid. - Lift the locking shaft. - Rotate it 90 degrees counterclockwise. - Lower the shaft back into the corresponding grooves. All drawers should now slide freely. To lock the drawers: Repeat the same process, but rotate the shaft 90 degrees clockwise before lowering it back into place. Notes: - I printed my components using Prusament Galaxy Black PLA at 0.2mm. I noticed the filament appears to change from glossy to matte in some areas due to speed changes. I highly recommend the Galaxy Black filament, as it hides it well. Let me know if its an issue, and I can try to adjust some thicknesses :) - I printed in 0.2 layer height, but you may try larger layer heights to reduce printing time. I made the tolerances large (except for the handle), but let me know of any issues, ideally with pictures!
