ArcFlow – Business Card Holder | AMS & No-AMS A compact, futuristic business card holder with an organic, flowing shape and clean card access. Perfect for your desk, reception area, or trade shows — functional, stable, and with a clear “premium” look. Card Slot Width The card opening is 95 mm wide, so wider card formats fit comfortably as well. Versions 1) AMS Version (multi-color) Print multi-color, no assembly required. 2) No-AMS Version (single-color, with sliding side parts) This version uses sliding side parts that get inserted from the sides. Assembly (No-AMS) Insert the side parts and make sure they move slightly freely/loosely (a small amount of play is intended). Add 1–2 small drops of glue to the contact area. Push the parts fully in, hold briefly, done. (Assembly is not needed for the AMS version.) Print Recommendations Material: PLA (standard), PETG also works Layer height: 0.20 mm (clean & fast) / 0.16 mm (extra clean) Walls: 2–3 Infill: 10–15% Supports: I printed it without supports and it worked perfectly for me. Supports are enabled in the profile as a safe default — depending on your filament and cooling, you can disable them in the slicer or reduce to “Touching Buildplate” only. Anti-Slip The underside includes recesses for 8 mm rubber feet — for better grip and a steadier feel on the desk. Enjoy printing.
