(or check out my Patreon for commercial seller licensing) Boost I designed this silica drying inlay for the Bambu Lab reusable spool to make drying more straightforward. The model includes a collection of add-ons for maximum usability. Features Compatible with the Bambu Lab reusable spool and high temp reusable spool Add-ons for extracting and inserting silica gel Fins for mixing everything evenly while drying Optional quick install dividers for spacing silica gel evenly Can hold up to 900g of silica gel (400g is recommended for better drying) Drying Settings Important: The normal reusable spool (white) has a heat limit of 70°C. When drying at a temp higher than 65°C, use the Bambu Lab high temp reusable spool (gray). AMS 2 Pro: 65°C, 16h (time might vary slightly) AMS HT: 85°C, 6h (time might vary slightly) Other dryers: One of the options above If the grip for rotating the spool is not good enough, insert the dividers to make the rotation easier Recommended print settings (or just use the provided print profiles) Important: Print in ABS or ASA for maximum heat resistance or else the inlay will melt while drying. Layer Height: 0.2mm Enable tree supports for the screwed add-ons and the screw hole of the inlay bottom Enable brim for the dividers A smooth plate and using adhesives like 3DLac spray are recommended You want to sell physical copies of my models?
