Viridia Laser Cutting and Assembly Guide The Viridia is designed to house an E27 light bulb. The hole where it attaches is 40mm wide and will work with other sockets as long as the screwable socket rings are larger than that. Step 1: Laser Cutting the Pieces Before you start assembling, cut all the necessary parts from 3mm plywood. You can find the cut files here You will need to cut: 1x Bottom Ring 1x Top Ring 7x Splines Even 7x Splines Odd 14x Bottom Clips 63x Leafs Step 2: Attaching the Leafs to the Splines Each leaf has a specially designed press-fit mechanism to stay securely in place without glue or screws. Take each Spline Even and attach 5 leafs. Take each Spline Odd and attach 4 leafs. Make sure they are firmly pressed in place. Step 3: Attaching the Splines to the Top Ring Take all the splines (both Even and Odd) and press-fit them into the Top Ring. Ensure they are fully inserted and held securely by the built-in mechanism. Step 4: Securing the Splines to the Bottom Ring Carefully insert the loose ends of the splines through the Bottom Ring. Make sure they align properly before applying pressure. Step 5: Locking the Splines in Place Use the Bottom Clips to secure the splines from the underside of the Bottom Ring. This will hold everything firmly in place. Final Step: Your Lamp is Ready! Congratulations! You have successfully assembled your laser-cut lamp. Install a lightbulb inside and enjoy your unique design.
