Boost Me (for free) Thanks for your support! Boost This is a customizable lid holder for food containers. It consists of two basic components: the standard holder and the end part. You can connect as many holders as you like. The end piece always forms the end of the chain. Features: - Customizable features: outer diameter, frame width, thickness, space for lids - Endlessly expandable - The holder can either be placed in a cabinet or attached to the inside of a kitchen cabinet door with double-sided adhesive tape. - Easy handling - Low filament consumption and fast printing Customize instructions: After clicking on the customize button you can choose between the standard part or the end part. Both are idential instead of the “Distance”. This value only applies to the standard part. You new at least one standard part (or more) and always only one end part. Diameter: Measure your lid diameter. Enter the determined diameter there. If you want to store different lid sizes in one holder, select the diameter of the smallest lid. Larger lids can also be placed there without any problems. Frame width: If you want to stick the holder on, a higher value would be better so that you have more adhesive surface. Otherwise, a smaller value makes sense for small diameters and a larger value for large diameters for more stability. The value must be preceded by a - sign. Wall thickness: You can increase the value for more stability if the diameter is 200 mm or higher. Otherwise, 3 mm is sufficient. Distance: This is the distance between the standard holders. Assuming you want to place 3 lids together between 2 dividers, measure the thickness of the 3 holders and select the value plus 1. Example: Thickness of the 3 lids = 19 mm. +1 mm clearance = 20 mm. The value must be preceded by a - sign. Example: Red holder Ø100mm / 20mm distance Green holder Ø100mm / 30mm distance Blue end piece Ø100 Important: The diameter must alwys be the same. All other values can vary. Print settings: You can print it with standard setting (0,2mm layer height, 15% infill). I recommend reducing the speed of the top surface to 50 mm/sec for better print quality.
