Beskrivelse

Boost Me (for free) Thanks for your support! Boost This desk cable holder keeps your cables organized and always within reach. Simply place your cable into one of the octagonal tubes and slide the tube into the holder — it automatically locks in place with a built-in spring mechanism. To remove a cable, just pull the small slider, allowing you to take out the tube together with the cable. The holder can be securely clamped to the table using a screw, making it easy to attach without any adhesives. A clean, practical, and modular solution for any workspace. Variants: There are 6 variants: 1 cable (table top max. thickness: 30mm) 3 cables (table top max. thickness: 30mm) 5 cables (table top max. thickness: 30mm) 1 cable (table top max. thickness: 50mm) 3 cables (table top max. thickness: 50mm) 5 cables (table top max. thickness: 50mm) Tubes: There are 3 variants for different cable diameter: cable diameter max: Ø3,5mm cable diameter max: Ø5,5mm cable diameter max: Ø7,5mm Filament: Spring slider: It is tested with PLA Basic. PETG should work also fine. It is possible that softer materials such as PLA Matt or PLA Silk do not provide sufficient springiness. Main body: Tested also with PLA Basic. Be carefull with softer material like PLA matt or PLA silk. The main body can break with softer materials when you tightening the screw too much. If you choose a soft material, you could increase the walls and infill. However, I recommend PLA Basic, PETG, etc. Assembly: Overview: Remove the supports and the small brim from the main part. Make sure that the area around the supports (red marked) is smooth so that no cables can be damaged. If not, smooth it down with a knife or fingernail. Insert the spring elements into the base body. Press the cover onto it. Use superglue if necessary. However, the tolerances are designed so that it should work without glue. Insert the tubes. The spring elements should lock automatically. Add the screw. Printing profiles: The following print plates are available: Main body with cover Spring elements + screw Tube for max. 3.5 mm cable Tube for max. 5.5 mm cable Tube for max. 7.5 mm cable Copy the required tubes (print plates 3-5) and add them to print plate 2. This means that only 2 plates need to be printed, each in one color. Note: Light colors for the cover and dark colors for the spring element can cause the spring element to show through the cover. In this case, do not choose a filament that is too dark for the spring element. For example, use gray instead of black. Screws: There is a separate screw print profile with different screw lengths if the standard screw length does not suit your needs. Changelog: 09. April 2026: More walls for the main parts and the screws to increase the strength. 28. November 2025: The screws have been enlarged so that they now fit more tightly in the holder. 20. November 2025: The 1-tube versions are now printed with 4 walls and 25% infill as standard to prevent damage with soft filaments such as PLA silk or matt. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Do you prefer a variant without clamping function?
