Before the description, a small IMPORTANT preface: In my print profiles, NO smoothing / ironing is activated, as each filament has different properties, please set it yourself if you know the flow rate of your used filament The result should then be even better than in the pictures The same applies to the opacity of your filament! Stranger Things Cassette #5/6 – “Purple Rain” (Side B) Here comes cassette 5 of 6 of my Stranger Things cassette series – this time with Purple Rain by Prince I have designed it with great love, as a small 80s collector's item for everyone who immediately thinks of Stranger Things with neon lights, synth vibes, and goosebump-inducing nostalgia Why “Purple Rain” fits so well (spoiler-free) In the series, music is not just decor – it is a time capsule, emotion, and connection: songs represent what you sometimes cannot express – longing, courage, friendship, and that "we stick together no matter how crazy things get" “Purple Rain” is perfect for this: epic, emotional, full of heart – a track that feels like a soundtrack moment without having to spoil anything Side B – and why this is important for my series This is my first cassette with “Side B” – because Mike and El have already received a cassette from me For me, Side B is the “second side” of feelings: a little darker, a little bigger, a little more goosebumps – exactly the vibe that “Purple Rain” brings Two variants in the set Special version with original “Purple Rain” logo (for an authentic retro look) Important: Due to the large logo, there was unfortunately no room for a Spotify code on this variant Optionally with a purple colored cassette Version with Spotify code, matching my other cassettes – scan in the Spotify app, play, done ✨ Optionally now also with a purple cassette - a bit bolder and as a version in honor of Prince Small Stranger Things anecdotes (spoiler-free) The series is a huge love letter to the 80s: synth sound, walkie-talkies, arcade feeling, and that "summer vacation adventure" energy Mixtapes/cassettes represent friendship to go – you don't just give music, but also meaning Especially the “B-side” has cult status: that’s often where the hidden gems lie – songs you listen to again and again when things get serious Print Instructions (recommended) (Of course, just for guidance – you can adjust it depending on your printer/filament.)
