Boost Description of a 3D-Printed 3-Cylinder Round Engine The 3D-printed 3-cylinder round engine features an innovative and compact design based on a cylindrical engine block. The three cylinders are evenly arranged around a central drive shaft, ensuring balanced weight distribution and a compact build. Construction Elements: Engine Block: The motor block has a hollow, round shape that houses the three cylinders. The design is lightweight yet sturdy, achieved through 3D printing, which allows for precise shapes and details. Cylinders: Each cylinder is designed for the movement of the piston, which moves in a simple up-and-down motion within the cylinder. The radial arrangement of the cylinders ensures even force distribution. Pistons and Connecting Rods: The pistons are directly connected to the connecting rods, which in turn are attached to the central crankshaft. This design efficiently converts the linear motion of the pistons into torque. Crankshaft: The central crankshaft is the heart of the engine, converting the pistons' up-and-down motion into rotational motion. The crankshaft is robustly designed to support the engine's smooth energy output. This 3-cylinder round engine is ideal for various applications, such as model-building projects, educational purposes, or as an example of motorized drive systems. After printing, remove the supports and make the cylinder pistons move (some things may stick) Then install the piston rods as shown in the pictures and put the two parts of the crankshaft together in an aligned manner.
