Hotend / ToolHead PTFE Guide v2 The PTFE guide is positioned so your PTFE tube no longer rubs the top glass. The perfectly designed connector, rotates smoothly and follows the motion of your Bambu Hotend. The natural curve, without restriction to the PTFE tube helps reduce AMS Filament retraction errors. Fast & Easy print in all materials No supports required Perfect smooth fit on PTFE connector Rotates freely Helps resolve AMS Filament Retraction problems Prevents PTFE tube from touching glass top Provides a natural curve to the PTFE tube INSTALLATION: Feed PTFE tube through the printed guide, using your other hand, push the curve in PTFE to help slide tube through the bottom of the guide. Slide the printed guide up the PTFE, giving you more room to push PTFE tube back onto hotend. Attach PTFE tube back on the Hotend connector. Lower Guide onto black PTFE hotend connector. Using mild force, "wiggle it, just a little bit"," at an angle, to snap the printed guide onto the black PTFE hotend connector. It takes some force. REMOVAL: I rotate guide so the PTFE is pointing forward, while pulling up/bending the guide forward. Be prepared… this printed PTFE guide might break or bend at the bottom during removal, be ready to print another. NOTE: I recommend using PETG or ABS/ASA that can handle the higher temperatures of the print chamber.
