Small LED Housing for Dioramas + Magnet Paddle This is a small light housing designed around Bambu Lab’s Y-Shape LED Light with magnetic switch (model B-KC013). The LED module simply drops into the printed shell, and the thin cover presses on for a clean, snug fit. Once assembled, you can glue or mount the light anywhere you need a tiny spotlight — model houses, pokéball dioramas, small scenes, display stands, etc. To switch the light on and off, you just bring a magnet close to the bottom of the LED. For that, I made a little magnet paddle, which uses the magnet that comes with the Bambu LED kit. The print automatically pauses at layer 50, so you can drop in the magnet, hit resume, and let the printer seal it inside. You can also use Bambu’s Single LED or the Ring LED module if you prefer, though the Ring module isn’t ideal here since it doesn’t have a constant steady mode (it only flashes or rotates). Use Case I originally made these to add lighting to the Pokémon Pokéball Diorama by 3Demon, and they work surprisingly well for any small model or scene that needs soft, hidden lighting.
