Getting into the sky is easy as PRINT, TIE, TAPE and FLY! What started as a project making easy-to-assemble models for youth groups turned into an entire series over time. Since my first 3D printer was not the best, I needed designs that were short, had lots of surface plate adhesion, and could last more that one flight when printed with PLA. This is why the early Ez3D designs use a "4 on the floor" fin planform, cardboard body tubes, and oversized motor mounts. As my 3D printers got better, the projects became more interesting. There are now designs for High Power, e-bays, and vintage models from days past. None of the models require glue to assemble. FreeCAD files are included in the downloads to encourage your own modifications.
